Learn to score and create a most amazing mini magazine rack from cardstock and decorative paper, which will hold 6 gorgeous Christmas Mini Cards, just right for popping on gifts! Imagine having a fun morning and getting ready early for Christmas all at the same time. Awesome! No previous experience necessary, this class is suitable for all ages.
SCRAPBOOKING | Friday 28th 10am-1pm OR Saturday 29th 1pm-4pm
Create 2 beautiful 12×12 scrapbooking pages using gorgeous double sided designer series paper and stamps. We will be using the Big Shot Machine to create titles and accents. It is not necessary to bring photos as these may be added later. No previous experience necessary, this class is suitable for all ages.
TECHNIQUE BOUTIQUE | Sunday 30th 2pm-5pm
Create 4 beautiful cards featuring sponged art pictures. This class will have you looking at your inks and stamps with a new light. This class is designed for papercrafters with some experience.
WEEK TWO

Create 4 different boxes using both the Big Shot Machine as well as some digital content from the ‘Remember December’ My Digital Studio Collection Disc. No previous experience necessary, this class is suitable for all ages.
TECHNIQUE BOUTIQUE | Sunday 7th 2pm-5pm
Create 6 beautiful cards featuring the ‘one sheet wonder’ technique. This quick and easy technique, will give you the confidence to create a stash of cards in no time at all. No previous experience necessary, this class is suitable for all ages.

Cost per class is $20 and may be paid on the day. Fee includes class materials and a beverage/snack. All classes are held in Liz’s Home Studio, 17 Mossvale Dve, Wakerley 5145. Places are strictly limited, so book in quickly.
School Holiday classes are suitable for adults and children. It is preferred if children are aged over 12, however, younger children will be considered if accompanied by a participating adult.
Please bring you ‘basic kit’ to each class. This includes a paper trimmer, tape runner, double sided foam tape, multipurpose liquid adhesive and scissors. If you do not have a kit, there will be starter kits available for sale. These include a paper trimmer, snail tape runner, one sheet of foam adhesive dots and multipurpose adhesive. This kit will be available at the special price of $40 during the school holiday period.

This ‘drop dead gorgeous’ Christmas Ornament was created by Shelli Gardner, our amazing co-founder and CEO of Stampin’ Up! I just love Shelli’s style, which I guess I describe as modern vintage! This is one of two make & takes I will be offering at the September Demonstrator’s meetings. I will be hosting 2 of these meetings at my home studio on Wednesday 26th of September at 10am and 7.30pm, and at Ursula’s studio in Rochedale on Saturday 29th September 2.30pm.

We have received so many enquiries already about this year’s Christmas Card Workshops and are incredibly excited to formally announce that bookings are now officially open. I will be attending ALL venues except for Pine Rivers Bowls Club as I shall be attending the Quota Craft Fair that same day.

We have provided an opportunity for you to choose a wood rather than the supplied clear mount stamp, for an extra $7; as well as the opportunity to buy the coordinating ‘Framelits Die Cutting System’ for the stamp set for an additional $32, rather than the separate price later of $42.95. You do not need to choose either of these options, they are simply there for your convenience/choice.

One of the many reasons I love Stampin’ Up! is that our products are so versatile. For example, we can make ‘clean & simple’, ‘retro’, ‘antique inspired’, ‘vintage’ and ‘cute’ papercraft projects. Coordinated paper, inks, punches, cutting tools and accessories; mean that the ‘sky is the limit’. Did you know that you can also create ‘Paper Art’ using Stampin’ Up! products? From ‘Collage Backgrounds’ using sponging, inking and stamps; to ’3D Multimedia Accents’ created with paper, crystal effects and embossing; there are endless possibilities available to those willing to ‘play’, ‘experiment’ and be brave enough to make a few disasters along the way – Creativity takes Courage, after all!
Some Paper Angels Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators have been working on a Paper Art project and I thought I’d share some of the ‘Work in Progress’. Zena has created one of her now famous ‘ladies’ – this one has been dubbed ‘Aiesha’ and she is a forrest nymph, created with cardstock, paper, stamps, embossing, string, crystal effects and glitter. I am in total awe of the creative use of Stampin’ Up! products in such a unique way. We will be mounting ‘Aiesha’ on a canvas and will share the finished presentation with you soon.
Zena has also created a trio of sponged landscapes that will be mounted on a canvas. I can’t wait till the next round of Paper Angels Demonstrator Meetings at the end of the month because Zena has agreed to demonstrate her techniques! For those Paper Angels Demonstrators that are unable to attend, we will share a video with you. Another great reason to join as a demonstrator with the Paper Angels Team of Independent Demonstrators.
Ursula has also been busy creating an amazing canvas with watercolour paper and our lovely ‘Watercolour Crayons’, which are Stampin’ Up!s ‘Rolls Royce’ of colouring! As you can see, when you start experimenting, things start to get messy but it will be worth it when we can enjoy the finished project, so check back soon to see the completed canvas.

So often you will hear Stampin’ Up! demonstrators expressing how grateful they are for the wonderful people they have had the opportunity to meet through their business, whether they be a ‘personal shopper/discount buyer demonstrator’, ‘hobby demonstrator’ or ‘career demonstrator’. I am grateful for each and every person that I have had the opportunity to meet, including the very inspiring Renee who has created this gorgeous double layout featuring Stampin’ Up!s ‘Country Club Simply Scrappin Kit’. I love heaps of things about this layout but I especially love the extra special touch of the pearl on the ‘Blue Denim Jean Ribbon’ – wish I’d thought of that! Still, I now have the next best thing – an idea to inspire me! thanks so much Renee for sharing your lovely work. I have 2 more layouts of Renee’s that I’ll be sharing with you in the next few days so tune back again!
